By accessing or using Roam Radar (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Roam Radar is an independent tool that aggregates publicly available international roaming coverage information from Canadian wireless carriers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any wireless carrier.

Roam Radar is not an official carrier source. Always verify your roaming coverage directly with your wireless carrier before traveling. Coverage information on this Service may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Do not rely solely on Roam Radar when making travel or purchasing decisions.

Please note:

• Coverage data is collected from publicly available sources. There may be a delay between a carrier updating their coverage and that change appearing on Roam Radar.
• Carriers may offer different roaming conditions depending on your specific rate plan, promotional offers, or account status. Roam Radar shows country-level availability only and does not reflect plan-specific eligibility.
• In-country roaming quality, speeds, and partner network availability vary and are not reflected in this Service.
• Data shown for carriers marked as “Unavailable” may have changed since the last update. Absence of coverage on Roam Radar does not guarantee that your carrier cannot serve you in a given country.
• We make no guarantee of the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed. Coverage data may be incorrect or missing for some carriers or countries.

Each carrier’s data includes a timestamp showing when it was last verified. We recommend confirming coverage with your carrier before traveling.

You are solely responsible for verifying current roaming coverage, pricing, and plan eligibility directly with your wireless carrier before traveling. Roam Radar is a reference tool only and is not a substitute for direct carrier confirmation.

Roam Radar is provided for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for any roaming charges, service interruptions, or costs you incur while traveling, regardless of whether a country appeared as covered or unavailable on this Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Roam Radar and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Service, including but not limited to roaming charges, data costs, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information displayed. This Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of information.

If you subscribe to carrier update notifications, you consent to receive occasional emails from us when new carriers or coverage updates are added to the Service. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Notification timing and delivery are not guaranteed. Alerts may be delayed or undelivered due to factors outside our control. Do not rely on email alerts as your sole means of monitoring coverage changes.

The Roam Radar name, logo, design, and original software code are the property of the Service operator. Coverage data displayed on the Service is sourced from publicly available information.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize data from this Service without written permission.

We make no guarantee of uptime or availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions or discontinuation.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
