About Canadian carriers
Bell, Telus, and Rogers are the three national network operators in Canada. Fido, Koodo, Virgin Plus, Public Mobile, and Freedom Mobile operate as flanker brands or independent carriers using leased capacity from the national networks.
Each carrier publishes its own international roaming program: daily passes, included plans, or pay-per-use rates. Roam Radar tracks all of them.
